We are unfortunately not in a position to be able to put together custom orders to individual customers specifications. This includes requests to have your machine packaged with a longer hose on the reel than it comes with as standard.
Our machines are bundled and boxed together after manufacture, and we are therefore able to offer a selection of equipment packages that fit the needs and wants of the vast majority of our customers, with our other accessories being available either through us or our stockists as standalone products, or in additional equipment kits.
From time to time modifications or upgrades to the bundles may be added, or new limited edition bundles may be released with different equipment sets than you have seen before.
Our individual stockists also put together bundles and kits of our accessories for their own promotions from time to time.
