    Good afternoon,

    I have already applied for a number (3E3W74-0KVZ6). But I really want to make my complaint. Just picked it up this morning. Very happy with my purchase, everything works well! But 20 minutes later it started leaking at the telescopic rod! So 20 minutes after using my new Ava master P80 XL for the first time. O ring fits well, that can't be the problem. Because the store where I bought it does not have the high-pressure cleaner as standard in its range, I cannot go to the store to ask for a new telescopic tube. Mrs. Xander

    I have a problem with a leaking gun 

    machine still under warranty how do I get in contact with someone to help

    My machine has been away for repair in UK. Ive contacted the repair company direct & they have told me AVA has been notified the machine can't be repaired & needs replaced.
    I've heard nothing from Ava & have no way of contacting apart from email - which appears to not be answered for weeks.
    When will my warranty claim be settled ?
