If we compare an V4 Evolution P80 with a V4 Master P80, then the inside of the machines are identical. The Evolution is a body-style developed after recieving feedback from our customers on our first machine - the Master.
The Evolution has added:
- a reel for the electrical cord
- a tray for extra equipment/attachments for your AVA high-pressure washer (4 nozzle hangers + tray and space for the zoom lance)
- a handle in front to help carry the machine
- an expanded hose reel for a longer hose (up to 20 metres)
However, the Evolution does require some assembly, whereas the Master is pretty much ready to go straight out of the box. The Master is also slightly smaller in size for storage and transport, and a little easier to disassemble and service when required.
The choice is up to you!
AVA high-pressure washers have an identifier which describes the power of the motor in the machine. This ranges from P30 to P90 with the power of the machine increasing as you move up the range.
For our high-pressure washers the pump is identified as either V3, V4 or V6, referring to the number of pistons in the pump.
V3 is like many other consumer machines on the market. The pump has a 3 pistons working to build pressure quickly.
V4 has an extra piston which enables the pressure washer to work more easily, and the wear and tear is divided over 4 pistons instead of 3. This increases the expected lifetime of the pump and motor.
V6 has three extra pistons compared to most standard pressure washers, which significantly increases the expected lifetime of the pump and motor. This pump will also be able to push out more water whilst consuming a smaller amount of electricity when compared to the water-flow/power ratio of both V3 and V4. The amount of water the machine can expel in a given time is important for cleaning efficiency, and therefore V6 is one of the most efficient pumps on the consumer market.
