Yes you can!
If you want to connect two hoses from AVA: Use female-female coupling.
Connect/disconnect female-female coupling
The end of the hose, facing the gun, has a quick coupling. We chose this style as it is a very , this is a very widely used coupling, which most brands apart from Kärcher use, and therefore not something specific to AVA. If you buy, for example, a Bosch coupling, this will therefore fit here.
If you want to switch to threads, so that the AVA can be connected to a drum, this is easily solved with a female-female coupling that is attached to the end of the hose, and an AVA-male to ¼" thread at the other end.
When these are connected together, you have threads that you can build on for any high-pressure equipment. AVA does not have other transitions to ⅜" or other variants, but we consider this to be relatively easy to obtain from shops that have pipe parts and from hose repair shops.
When this is connected, it should look like this:
The parts can be found on our web pages www.avaofnorway.com
We are currently working on translating and rewriting all of our articles into English from the original Norwegian. Whilst we are proud of the quality of our language skills here at AVA, we are aware that there may be some slightly odd syntax and wording present in the articles that have been translated. The approach we have taken to this translation process is in order to get as much information as possible out to our customers in a timely fashion. Thusly the ongoing revision and updating of these articles by our British-Norwegian team will include slight changes to how the text is put together in order to bring it more into line with correct British English.
