When the machine won't start at all, there are several solutions to the issue.
Firstly, check the fuse inside the cord to see if it is not damaged/blown. If so, replace the fuse with a new fuse or a slow blow fuse.
If the fuse is not the issue, there might be two other switches causing your problems: the first one is the thermoswitch.
This is triggered when the machine is warm inside typically due to use of an extension cord which is too long or too thin. The extension cord used on the machine has to be within demanded standars for our pressure washer:
- Maximum 20 meter long
- no thinner than 2,5mm quadrat
The high-pressure washer will work normally once it has coolen. Wait at least 2 hours, preferably over the night to be certain.
The other switch that might cause your problem is the microswitch has been damaged. This has to be replaced, which it is a relative easy task. Many customers choose to do the task themselves. If you want to replace the microswitch, we will send you a new microswitch with a long Torx25.
Below there is an instruction of the task, so you can make a decision. Alternately you can watch this video which will show how the task is done:
This will of course not make an impact your warranty, and we will compensate our customers with a coupon to our online store for a value of 40£.
If you do not however wish to replace the microswitch yourself, we can arrange for our workshop in the UK to change it.
We will need following information from you:
- Full name and address
- serial number and article number on the pressure washer (silvereticett above the wheel)
- phone number for transporter
- Which option you choose
- copy of your receipt
Thank you in advance!
