Where is the aluminium handle tube for my Evolution?

The tube that is used to attach the hose reel to the Evolution is indeed included in the box, however some customers have trouble finding it.

Completely remove the bottom Styrofoam at the bottom of the box. The tube is attached to the underside of this Styrofoam.
