Follow the retailer's guidelines when buying online.
As long as the product is purchased from one of our dealers, only they can help with transport damage. If possible, always report any damage upon receipt to the carrier, and please take pictures of the damage at the time of receipt.
If the shipment is from us, it is us or the courier who handles this. If the damage is discovered afterwards, you must complete the troubleshooting form for further assistance.
